Clinton Library Secrets II: Hillary trips over her sealed papers

Clinton Library Secrets II: Hillary trips over her sealed papers

it didn't take long after last night's debate for Hillary Clinton's waffling over keeping her first lady documents secret to ignite a firestorm.

three years after Hillary Clinton told Larry King "everything's going to be available," 21 months after the library's documents became subject to the Freedom of Information Act, virtually nothing has been released about her role in those eight White House years. And it won't be before the 2008 election.

If Clinton, who has harshly criticized the Bush administration for its secrecy, thought that was...

the end of it, she was wrong.

I would love to have a woman as president but I for one do not think Hilary is a very good candidate, that will be able to run the country efficiently. She has quite a few scandal and looks to seek out scandals about others.

Poll: Edwards, Huckabee Lead In Iowa

Poll: Edwards, Huckabee Lead In Iowa

Republican firm InsiderAdvantage has a new poll out showing John Edwards leading the Iowa caucus with 30%, followed by Hillary Clinton at 26% and Barack Obama with 24%. This is the first poll in at least a while to show Edwards in the lead. The poll also shows Edwards leading as the second choice for caucus-goers whose first choices would not reach the 15% viability mark.

Chris Bowers thinks the poll is an outlier, as it would project only 1/8 of caucus participants to be under the age of 45 — as opposed to the 2004 caucus, when 1/3 of caucus participants were under 45. It's an age cohort that would likely benefit Barack Obama.

On the Republican side, Mike Huckabee has a narrow lead of 28% against Mitt Romney's 25%, with Fred Thompson at 10%, John McCain with 9%, Ron Paul at 6%, and Rudy Giuliani with 5%.

I find this article to be very interesting. The results of the poll were shocking. I would have guessed that the poll would have gone in favor of Barack Obama.

Obama 'The Man for the Moment'

Obama 'The Man for the Moment'

There was no mistaking the purpose of a foreign policy wonk-fest that Barack Obama's campaign convened here today for the benefit of 120 New Hampshire voters and the attendant television cameras.

[...]

I'm very worried that historians are going to look back at the early days of the 21st century and say that's where the U.S. got derailed, that's where we made a wrong turn, that's where the U.S. began to become the next former great power."

Obama, she added, has "character, courage and unconventional wisdom -- and that is precisely what we need and why Barack Obama is the man for the moment."

This article was interesting and accurate. I believe that Obama has character, courage, and unconventional wisdom. He is well aware of what is going on in the world and a great candidate.

Black voters support Hillary Clinton over Barack Obama in poll

Black voters support Hillary Clinton over Barack Obama in poll

Black voters are betting on Hillary Clinton over her Democratic rival Barack Obama to fix Iraq, Social Security and health care, a new poll shows.

"African-Americans think she's a more likely winner" in a general election, said pollster David Bositis.

The survey showed Clinton beating Obama with her positions on Iraq, 35% to 22%, and Social Security, 41% to 19%. More than twice as many thought she has a better chance to enact health care reform than he does.

In this article they find Hillary Clinton to be a very well suited candidate for presidency. In my own personal I opinion don't find her to be a good candidate. Barack Obama appeals more to me. I for one am very shocked by the results of this poll. For one, I for sure thought that the voted would favor in the side of Obama.
